| Speech by Sudhir Panditrao at ““Automotive Engineering Show Seminar”Mr. Sudhir Panditrao, CEO & Director was invited as a speaker in the recently concluded “Automotive EngineeringShow Seminar” at the Auto Cluster Exhibition Centre, Pune. The seminar was organized by Messe Frankfurt India, subsidiary of Messe Frankfurt GmbhHe delivered a speech on “Training & Mentoring as Contributors to Cutting Costs”. During his presentation Mr. Panditrao highlighted the importance of training, and explained the concept of mentoring for developing an internal team for performance excellence. He stressed the need of building engineering capabilities within in-house team to “Survive”, “Grow” & “Excel” in the era of global competition. During the speech Mr. Panditrao presented many case studies and examples of companies who have got rich dividends on the investments in training and mentoring.
The seminar was attended by eminent professionals from various industry segments and they appreciated the presentation and efforts of SAN Techno Mentors to imbibe the knowledge and values and build the professionals for strengthening the engineering capability.
