SAN Techno Mentors complemented efforts of Electrothem (India) Ltd. to establish a special training programme on ‘Continuous Casting Machine’ used for making steel billets from molten steel.

Electrotherm has started a separate academy focused on training internal and customers’ engineers and resources. It was decided to prepare a comprehensive training manual of our ‘High Speed Continuous Casting Machine’ and also to train customer’s personnel by way of class room lectures as well as hand on practical on a live caster specially installed for the purpose.

SAN Techno Mentors were awarded this work of manual preparation as well as conducting a few batches of actual training and in the process developing internal trainers (train the trainers).

SAN Techno Mentors has done outstanding work in the ‘Content Creation’ as well as conducting ‘Training’. Both of these are multi-disciplinary and the manual, replete with photographs, sketches, drawings, embedded video-clips; runs into several hundred pages.
