SAN Techno Mentors carried out a Mentoring Programme for Technical Resources of a premium Steel Manufacturing Plant.

The training/mentoring programme had classroom training targeted at all the participants in some basic subjects, hands on assignments to test their analytical skills, drive, and initiative; and also group discussions, role playing, and case studies in some soft skills related subjects.

With the efforts of Mentors, client engineers benefitted quite a lot in improving their capabilities Technical as well as Commercial and Soft Skills. The company also experienced stable systems, reduction in down-times, and production increases.
